Yes once your order has been despatched you will then receive an order completed email along with the tracking link attached to the email. If you don't get the email you can track the order manually through your account page then orders.
You would first need to contact us via the form on this page before returning any items to us. Please note if you're posting back to us the shipping fee must be made by the customer not us.
