Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Due to limited shop operating hours, there may be a delay in posting out orders, we aim to get your item(s) to you within 5 working days (excludes Saturdays & Sundays), for more clarification, please contact us here.
All orders will be processed after payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. All orders are a sent via Royal Mail 2nd class “Signed For” delivery.
We aim to get your items to you within 5 working days, sometimes delays may occur at busy periods.
You will be supplied with your own tracking number which you will receive via email or you can track your order from your account.

Consumer rights (online selling)
1.1
Except in relation to certain Products set out below, you may cancel a Contract at any time before your order is delivered and up to 28 days afterwards, beginning on the day after your order (in its entirety) is delivered to you or, if you opt (where available) to collect it from one of the collection points offered by our courier and that collection point is managed by a third party other than the courier (for example, a local convenience store), the day after it is delivered to that third party.

If you cancel, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with the refunds policy (see below).
1.3
You must also return the Products within 14 days after the day of cancelling, in the same condition in which you receive them, together will all the original packaging, labels and tags. This does not affect your right to take reasonable steps to examine the Products, including taking them out of the packaging and trying on any item of clothing. Except, Underwear, Tights/Stockings, Wigs and Contact Lenses.
1.4
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products whilst in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation and you return the Products, not in the same condition in which you receive them (for example, they are returned stained, marked, torn or showing other signs of having been worn (and not merely tried on) or otherwise used), then the cost of any such deterioration, up to the full purchase price of the Product, may be deducted from any refund to which you are otherwise entitled. This may mean you receive no refund at all.
1.5
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications (if such options are offered), unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
1.6
To return the Products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address (enclosing any returns slip, if you have been provided with one) inside the parcel) and then return it, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail, to the following address:

You are advised to take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products. Unfortunately, Products cannot be returned to any store.
Refunds policy (Products purchased directly from our website, also includes click n collect)
2.1
If you cancel a Contract within the 14-day cooling-off period (see above), the refund due to you will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which the Products are received back or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the Products to the returns address (see above). The full price of the Products will be refunded to you, in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the Products), including the cost of standard delivery. However, your cost of returning the Products will not be refunded. We will also deduct the cost of the original postage if goods are returned not required, a full refund of the original postage will be refunded along with the the cost of the goods if the items are proven to be faulty or not fit for sale.
2.2
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless agreed otherwise.
We regret that outbound postage costs are non-refundable, unless item(s) is proven to be faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose
2.3
Certain products in our store are unavailable for refunds or exchanges such as Makeup, Underwear, Tights/Stockings, Wigs and Contact Lenses.

3.1
We do NOT offer refunds for products purchased direct from out physical store (Rothwell), unless proven to be faulty or not fit for sale.

4.1
We may offer exchanges to the value of the original Product(s) purchased, no change will be given if the exchange value is less than the value of the original Product(s) purchased
4.2
You must also return the Products for exchange within 7 days after the day of purchasing, (excluding seasonal products, see paragraph 4.3) in the same condition in which you receive them, together will all the original packaging, labels and tags. This does not affect your right to take reasonable steps to examine the Products,. Except, Underwear, Tights/Stockings, Wigs and Contact Lenses.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products whilst in your possession. 4.3
We are unable to offer exchanges on seasonal Products eg. Halloween, Christmas, Easter unless returned before the seasonal event is over.

Management may offer Credit Notes on non seasonal products (paragraph 4.2 and 4.3, (7 day rule applies)
